The world-famous The King's Singers need no introduction. For their concert during Musica Divina, they turn their musical arrows to the North, more specifically to the magical beauty of the northern lights or aurora borealis. For them, it is no coincidence that composers from countries where this play of light is visible also conjure up a magical play of sounds. The Northern Lights programme consists of compositions by Edvard Grieg, Jean Sibelius, Carl Nielsen, Anna Thorvaldsdottir and Ola Gjeilo.
