Two of Norway’s most prominent musicians, Benedicte Maurseth and Berit Opheim, have written a new ballad with the award-winning writers Bergsveinn Birgisson and Erlend O. Nødtvedt: Tidekverv. With a mixture of Baroque, folk and improvisation, they turn age-old rituals into something new. They are accompanied by leading lute player Rolf Lislevand and the equally highly regarded percussionist Håkon Mørch Stene.
