With Looking Within, Brussels Jazz Orchestra wants to offer a counterbalance to today's busy, hectic and digital society. To this end, Bert Joris has composed new whisper-quiet but powerful compositions for the orchestra and accordionist Philippe Thuriot. Music thought for acoustic spaces such as churches and cathedrals. A garden of sound where new energy can be refueled.
